This workshop is perfect for anyone who isn't sleeping well, is stressed out or just wants to find extra depth to their relaxation. Yoga Nidra is the practice of yogic sleep that guides you to suspend in a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping. It is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent of four hours sleep.Yoga Nidra has a wide-range of physical, emotional and spiritual benefits. It is deeply relaxing and is known to improve sleep quality and insomnia. In this workshop you will:
Learn proven techniques to help you get better at drifting off
Look at natural aids that will deepen sleep
Learn a pre-bedtime yoga sequence with breathing exercises to promote sleep
Receive a free tip sheet to take away
Look more in-depth at the art of Yoga Nidra itself
Close with a 30 minute yoga Nidra practice that will leave you feeling restored and rejuvenated with a feeling of unity and calm in the self

Enrich your day with yoga
Enjoy the benefits of waking up to yoga as you stretch your body, awaken your mind, and fuel your spirit. Salute the sun with a smile and mindfully work out all of the kinks and tightness from your night's sleep. You'll feel revitalised, have great mental clarity, and will be ready to flow through your day with ease. The 45 minute zoom class will include breath work, warm up, the full range of yoga poses and a brief relaxation. The class is accessible to everyone and modifications will be offered where appropriate.

This is a live zoom class. The set of 0 x 45 minute classes will costs £0.00 payable by PayPal or bank transfer. Upon payment, you will receive details of the zoom class by email. This will include recordings of the classes in case you miss any as well as access to other recorded classes and meditations. What's not to like?
If you would like to come, but can't make all the dates, please email Christine to discuss options. One-off classes are £10.00 each paid in advance.
