Join me for this deeply relaxing workshop, set in the magnificent scenery of the Surrey Hills in a beautifully-appointed barn. This cosy self-care workshop will be like getting ready to go into hibernation, giving yourself permission to let go and unwind. Our time together will include:
Breathing techniques to bring calm
Gentle accessible yoga to release tension from the body
Guided intention setting for the Winter season
Restorative Yoga to nourish the mind and body
Seasonal readings and poems for the soul
Yoga Nidra (an extended guided meditation) for deep rest
Long relaxation
Tea and Cake to celebrate our time together
This seasonal workshop will leave you feeling like you've escaped from the world and all its pressures and aims to help you feel relaxed, restored, rejuvenated and hopefully excited for the festive period to come.
All props will be included. Please bring your own mat, cosy blanket, pillow, eye pillow and wear comfortable layers and a bottle of water. Free parking, but please bring a torch.

There is free parking, but please bring a torch.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your own yoga mat, eye pillow, pillow and cosy blanket.
Wear comfortable layers, and socks.
Bottle of water
Torch or phone with torch app.
Yoga props such as bolsters, blocks and straps will be provided
What is your cancellation policy?
The payment is non-refundable, but you can sell or give your place to someone else if you can't make it. I will try to help with this if I can.
I am new to yoga, can I come?
Yes, this workshop is accessible and is suitable for everyone. Modifications will be offered where necessary.
